3. Indicative response times

We aim to provide a first response within 5 business days of receiving your message. Requests to exercise data protection rights are handled within 1 month, extendable in accordance with applicable law where complexity justifies it.

4. What to include in your message

To help you faster, please tell us the email associated with your account, a description of the problem or query and, where relevant, screenshots or references that make analysis easier. Do not share passwords or full payment-method details.

5. Incidents and errors

If you notice an error or a functional problem, write to us at support@solvtako.com with the details. The service is provided as available and we work to resolve incidents as quickly as possible.

6. Subscriptions and app stores

Subscriptions, charges, cancellations and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For questions about a charge or a cancellation, you may need to manage them directly from your Apple or Google account.

7. Emergencies

SolvTako is not an emergency service. In case of emergency or if your safety is at risk, contact your local authorities immediately.
