How to reach the SolvTako team for support, incidents, privacy and legal matters, and indicative response times.

Version: 2026-09-01 · Effective date: 2026-09-01 · Last updated: 2026-09-01 · support@solvtako.com

1. Contact channels

Use the relevant channel so the request reaches the right team. SolvTako does not provide emergency support or real-time monitoring.

  • General support, errors and account use: support@solvtako.com
  • Privacy, account deletion and data rights: privacy@solvtako.com
  • Legal notices, allegedly illegal content, intellectual property and moderation complaints: legal@solvtako.com
  • Authorities and public bodies, including those referred to in Regulation (EU) 2022/2065: legal@solvtako.com

2. Useful and safe information

State the account email, country, language, device and app version, a chronological description and the listing, conversation, purchase or decision identifier where available. You may attach cropped screenshots that do not expose third-party data.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, full card numbers, complete identity documents or sensitive data we have not requested through a secure channel.

3. Support response times

We will acknowledge or respond as soon as reasonably possible according to severity, available information and volume. This is a service objective, not a contractual SLA or a single deadline for every matter. Security and account-access risks are prioritised.

If we need additional data, analysis time may depend on your reply. Where possible, we will communicate material closure or delay.

4. Privacy rights

GDPR requests are generally answered within one month and may be extended by up to two further months because of complexity or number, with notice within the first month. In Panama, access or information requests are handled within no more than ten business days and erroneous, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete data is corrected within five business days following the request. Erasure, objection, blocking or portability requests are handled under Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021. See the Privacy Policy for scope, verification and complaint authorities.

These periods concern the legal handling of a request and do not guarantee that every technical purge or support case finishes in the same period.

5. Account deletion

In the app, go to “Profile”, “Help” and “Delete or deactivate account”. If you lack access, write to privacy@solvtako.com from the associated email or use the public Account Deletion page. You do not need to reinstall the app.

6. Subscriptions, charges and refunds

To cancel, open “Subscriptions” in your Apple or Google Play account. To restore, use the app's restoration function with the same store account. A refund is requested through the channel applicable to the purchase and decided under store rules and mandatory rights; we can help locate the transaction but do not guarantee a decision.

Do not send full payment details. Provide the store, partially hidden order identifier, date, product and amount.

7. Reports and moderation complaints

Report a listing, profile or conversation through its controls. If unavailable, write to support@solvtako.com with location and reason.

To notify allegedly **illegal** content you do not need an account: use the public “Report illegal content” form linked in the website footer, or write to legal@solvtako.com. Give the exact location, the reason and a good-faith confirmation. If you leave an email address you will receive an acknowledgement with a reference and, when the case is closed, the decision.

To contest a moderation decision, write to legal@solvtako.com with its reference and reasons; do not repeat unlawful content in the email unless necessary and safe.

8. Security or privacy incidents

If you suspect unauthorised access, close sessions where possible, secure your email or federated account and contact support@solvtako.com. For loss, disclosure or misuse of personal data, write to privacy@solvtako.com with facts and approximate date, without including secrets.

Do not use these addresses to test vulnerabilities in a way that affects data or availability. Responsible contact does not authorise unconsented access or alteration.

9. Early complaint and authorities

For a consumer complaint, state the facts, transaction and requested remedy at support@solvtako.com. You do not need to write to us before going to an authority. Routes are preserved through ACODECO in Panama for consumer matters; the AEPD or ANTAI for data protection; the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), as Digital Services Coordinator in Spain, or the Coordinator of the Member State where you are located, for matters under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065; and any other competent authority or court according to the case.

10. Emergencies and effective date

If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or authorities. SolvTako is not an urgent channel.

This information takes effect on 2026-09-01. For general questions, write to support@solvtako.com.
