1. Right to request deletion
You may request closure of your SolvTako account and deletion of data that no longer needs to be kept at any time. Account deletion and the right to erasure or cancellation are related, but a legal obligation, third-party rights or a claim may require temporary restriction of specific data.
2. How to start the request
You do not need to reinstall the application. This website does not delete the account by itself; it explains the process and lets you start a request by email.
- In the app: open “Profile”, go to “Help” and select “Delete or deactivate account”. Confirm the operation and complete any fresh authentication requested.
- Without app access: write to privacy@solvtako.com from the email associated with the account or use the “Request deletion by email” button on this page. State the account email and country, but do not send a password, codes or unnecessary documents.
3. Verification and asynchronous process
To prevent fraudulent deletion, we must verify identity and, in the app, may require recent authentication. Once confirmed, the account is marked for deletion, becomes unavailable and a durable technical process starts that may complete asynchronously. On-screen confirmation does not mean every technical copy was purged at that instant.
If an email request does not let us identify you securely, we will ask for proportionate additional information. We will close sessions and revoke access under our control as part of the workflow.
4. Data deleted or anonymised
The process removes from ordinary systems the profile, listings and owned personal assets, saved addresses, notification tokens and other data linked exclusively to the account that is no longer needed. Messages, ratings or references affecting others may keep their structure and be anonymised so their conversations, rights or history are not altered.
Content another person has lawfully copied outside the Platform, or controls as an independent controller, cannot technically be deleted from SolvTako; we will handle disclosures or restrictions that remain under our control.
5. External providers and linked access
Where an integration is active and under our control, the workflow revokes or requests deletion of sessions, assets or links in the identity service and providers used by SolvTako. Apple, Google and other third parties may retain their own authentication, store, fraud, billing or compliance records under their policies and obligations.
You can also withdraw SolvTako federated access in your Google or Apple account controls. This does not replace the SolvTako account deletion request.
6. Legal retention, encrypted snapshot and copies
We may isolate an encrypted legal-evidence snapshot, separate from ordinary use and accessible only to authorised personnel, limited to information relevant to documenting operations, complying with legal obligations, preventing serious fraud, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. It is not used for advertising or to reactivate the account.
Evidence is deleted when the applicable legal retention criterion expires. A legal hold pauses only the purge of data needed while a specific investigation, request or claim exists. Backups expire under their technical lifecycle and, if restored for continuity, the deletion state must be reapplied.
7. Response periods and technical completion
We do not present a development-environment period as the definitive production policy. Technical time depends on volume, providers, copies and justified holds; we will tell you the outcome or restrictions applied.
If the request exercises GDPR rights, we will generally answer within one month, extendable by up to two further months because of complexity or number of requests, with notice of the extension within the first month. In Panama, access or information requests are handled within no more than ten business days and erroneous, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete data is corrected within five business days following the request. Erasure, objection, blocking or portability requests are handled under the time limits and procedures in Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021. These are periods for handling the right, not a promise of universal purge within the same period.
8. Apple and Google subscriptions
Deleting the account or app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store account's “Subscriptions” to prevent the next renewal. Refunds are requested and decided through the channel applicable to the purchase under store rules and mandatory rights; SolvTako, S.L. does not guarantee the outcome.
If you request deletion before a paid period ends, closure may prevent use of entitlements still recognised by the store. Cancel first and consider waiting until the period ends if you wish to use it.
9. Irreversibility and a new account
Once ordinary data is purged, we cannot restore it. Deletion does not guarantee that you can register again with the same federated identity or recover reputation, listings, licences or non-restorable purchases.
10. Contact and complaint
For questions, request status or exercise of rights, write to privacy@solvtako.com. You may also complain to the AEPD, ANTAI or another competent authority as explained in the Privacy Policy. This version takes effect on 2026-09-01.
