1. Owner and identification
The SolvTako website and application are operated by SolvTako, S.L., a Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada incorporated in Spain, Spanish Tax ID (NIF) B88978887, with registered office at Avenida Ribados 14, Block B, Staircase 2, Door C, 15670 Culleredo, A Coruña, Spain.
SolvTako, S.L. is registered with the Commercial Registry of A Coruña, record sheet C-68312, registration entry 1.

2. Activity and website function
The site provides information about SolvTako, access to legal documents and prelaunch and marketplace features. SolvTako connects requesters with independent local-service providers; it does not itself perform every listed service and is not the employer of people offering them.
3. Access and contractual acceptance
Browsing public pages means complying with the law and technical access rules in this Notice, but does not by itself amount to acceptance of a subscription contract or consent to data processing. The Terms are accepted through the express action presented at registration or a material update, and consents are requested separately where relevant.
You may not interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, conduct unauthorised automated extraction or use the site to infringe rights.
4. Information and availability
We seek to keep first-party information clear and current, but a prelaunch feature, availability or condition may change. The binding version, price and terms of a subscription are displayed before confirmation in Apple App Store or Google Play.
Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, errors or providers. Nothing in this section excludes remedies or service levels provided by mandatory law or an express commitment.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Brands, designs, first-party text, code, software and databases belong to SolvTako, S.L. or its licensors. Viewing them does not grant a licence to copy, exploit, transform or systematically extract them except for use permitted by law or written authorisation.
User-submitted content remains owned by its author and is governed by the limited licence in the Terms. For rights-infringement notices, write to legal@solvtako.com and identify the material and basis.
6. User content
Listings, images, messages and ratings come from independent users. SolvTako, S.L. may moderate them and must act on valid notices where required, but their presence does not amount to approval, certification or guarantee.
You may report content using Platform controls. To notify allegedly illegal content, any person or entity may use the public “Report illegal content” form linked in this site's footer, with no account required, or write to legal@solvtako.com giving the exact location, the reason and a good-faith statement.
legal@solvtako.com is also the electronic point of contact for authorities and public bodies, including those referred to in Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Communications are accepted in Spanish and English.
7. Third-party links and resources
The site may link to or request resources from app stores, identity, maps or other providers. A link is not an endorsement or control of their content. Third parties acting as independent controllers apply their own terms, without prejudice to SolvTako, S.L.'s responsibility for selecting and configuring providers where relevant.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Notice is generally governed by Spanish law. That choice does not remove mandatory rules or consumer venues applicable in Panama or a consumer's country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to courts having jurisdiction under the law, without exclusive submission contrary to non-waivable rights.
10. Effective date
