Cookies Policy
Which cookies and similar storage technologies the SolvTako website uses, and how you can manage them.
Version: 2026-09-01 · Effective date: 2026-09-01 · Last updated: 2026-09-01 · support@solvtako.com
1. Scope and current state
This policy describes cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used on the SolvTako website. As of the effective date, the site does not set advertising, marketing or third-party analytics cookies. Nor does it load non-essential web analytics before obtaining consent.
A cookie is a small item of data that a site or associated service can store and read in the browser. sessionStorage keeps information during a tab session, while localStorage can retain it between sessions. Their treatment depends on purpose, duration and access, not only their technical name.
2. Inventory of web technologies
Do not put unnecessary sensitive or third-party data in a draft. Anyone with access to the same browser profile could view its contents.
| Technology | Controller and purpose | Data and duration |
|---|---|---|
| Screenshot-preference sessionStorage | SolvTako, S.L. remembers whether you are viewing the app screenshots in their iOS or Android version, so the gallery does not reset each time you return to the page | Only the value "ios" or "android"; removed when you close the tab. It is the only item stored merely by browsing the public pages |
| Identity-service technical cookies | The Keycloak-based authentication domain may use necessary cookies to sign in, maintain the session, protect the flow and sign out | Technical session identifiers; session duration or the period configured by the identity service. They come into play only if you sign in |
| Authentication sessionStorage | SolvTako, S.L. and the OIDC library store state, nonce, PKCE, return route and authenticated session to complete and securely rehydrate sign-in | Technical data and tokens; removed when the tab session ends, on sign-out or expiry, depending on the item. They come into play only if you sign in |
| Listing-draft localStorage | SolvTako, S.L. stores a prelaunch-wizard draft on the device so entered information is not lost | Fields entered in the draft; the site discards drafts more than 14 days after the last update, automatically clears drafts from earlier versions of the wizard, and allows removal when completing or clearing the wizard. It comes into play only if you use the wizard |
3. External resources and network data
The authenticated area currently loads icons from Google Fonts. The map requests tiles from the configured provider and, if no first-party URL is configured, may use OpenStreetMap. When an external resource is requested, the provider necessarily receives network data such as IP address, date, user agent and referrer according to browser configuration, even if it sets no cookie.
Links to Apple App Store and Google Play transmit data to those stores only when followed. Those parties' own practices are governed by their privacy information. SolvTako, S.L. must review these resources if deployment or provider changes.
4. Analytics, preferences and marketing
We do not currently use analytics, advertising-preference or marketing cookies on the website. Application operational analytics and mobile diagnostics are explained in the Privacy Policy and are not web cookies merely for that reason.
If we add a non-essential web technology in the future, we will update the inventory and request consent before activation. Accept and reject will be offered through equally accessible choices by purpose, and withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.
5. Legal basis
Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide the requested feature and protect the session; they are not used for advertising and do not depend on cookie consent where a statutory exemption applies. The local draft and the screenshot preference are enabled as user-requested features, store only what is indispensable to provide them, are confined to the device, and are not used to identify you, profile you or track you across sites.
Non-essential technologies may be activated only with prior consent where required by Article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI-CE, AEPD guidance and applicable local rules.
6. Managing or withdrawing data
You can sign out and close the tab to remove session items, clear the draft through the interface where offered, and delete cookies or site data in browser settings. Blocking necessary identity-service cookies may prevent correct sign-in or sign-out.
Because no non-essential web technology is active, this version does not display an analytics or marketing consent panel. If that status changes, reject and withdrawal controls must be available before those technologies load.
7. Mobile applications and SDKs
Mobile-app SDKs for push notifications, purchases, authentication, technical analytics or diagnostics are not website cookies, but may use device identifiers, app storage or operating-system permissions. Their purposes, data, legal bases, recipients and permission controls are described in the Privacy Policy and Apple or Android settings.
8. Changes and contact
We will review this policy when a cookie, storage key, provider, purpose or duration changes. The current version takes effect on 2026-09-01. For questions about these technologies, write to privacy@solvtako.com.
