Safety and Community Guidelines

Safety recommendations, fraud prevention and community rules to use SolvTako with confidence.

Version: 2026-09-01 · Effective date: 2026-09-01 · Last updated: 2026-09-01 · support@solvtako.com

1. Purpose and scope

These Guidelines set community rules and practical steps to reduce risks when using SolvTako. They apply to requesters, providers, organisations, listings, images, messages and ratings. They do not replace the law, required professional safeguards or emergency contact.

2. Verification and marketplace limits

SolvTako connects independent users and does not guarantee their identity, background, licences, solvency, conduct or service quality. Having an account establishes control of an email address or of a Google or Apple account; it does not establish that the person is who they say they are.

There is one signal worth not misreading: **position in search results is not a recommendation**. Appearing first may be due to a paid boost on that listing or to the publisher's subscription level, according to the parameters described in the Terms. A prominent result has not been checked by SolvTako and is not better for being at the top.

Check identity, references, qualifications, permits and insurance in proportion to risk. Do not rely only on a profile, a position or a rating.

3. Before agreeing a service

  • Describe and confirm in writing the scope, location, date, total price, materials, cancellation and payment method.
  • Review profile, history and ratings and request proof of licence or insurance for regulated work.
  • Do not post an exact address publicly; share it only with the necessary person at the appropriate time.
  • Keep relevant messages on the Platform so a report can be investigated.
  • Do not accept substantial changes under pressure or hand over goods, keys or documents without appropriate safeguards.

4. Dangerous, illegal or regulated services

Prohibited activities, exploitation, violence, weapons, illegal drugs, trafficking, money laundering, fraud, hacking, unlawful sexual services and work putting anyone at avoidable risk may not be offered or requested. Health, legal, financial, technical, transport, security, care or other regulated activity may be offered only with required authorisations and safeguards.

An activity that would be lawful only with a licence, authorisation or qualification may be removed or restricted where the law requires one and whoever offers it does not hold it. We do not publish a list of regulated professions or of per-country requirements: it depends on the activity and the jurisdiction.

If a listing appears unlawful or dangerous, do not engage: report it. SolvTako may remove it, preserve evidence and cooperate with an authority in response to a valid request or emergency.

SolvTako does not verify users' licences, qualifications or authorisations, does not review all listings in advance, and does not carry out general monitoring of what is published.

5. Messaging and contact outside the Platform

Do not share passwords, verification codes, complete identity documents or full card details. Limit phone numbers, emails and addresses to what is necessary.

Be wary of anyone pressuring you to leave messaging, avoid a record, grant remote device access or follow unexpected links. Off-platform contact reduces available evidence and moderation ability.

This also covers images: do not publish photos, screenshots or QR codes containing a phone number, email, social-media handle, link or other detail intended to get you contacted off the Platform. A detail that appears incidentally in an image, without that purpose, is not covered by this rule.

6. Payments and signs of fraud

SolvTako does not currently process payment for local services or provide escrow or custody. Agree a traceable method and verify who receives the money. Do not use gift cards, cryptoassets, transfers to unknown third parties or urgent payments in response to pressure.

Common signs include implausible prices, disproportionate advance payments, inconsistent identity, supposed SolvTako fees, altered receipts and requests to return an overpayment. Stop the transaction and report it.

7. Meetings, homes and vulnerable people

For a first meeting, where the service permits, choose a safe place and time and tell a trusted person. Control access to homes, tools and valuables. End the interaction if you feel at risk.

The Platform is only for people aged 18 or over. A service affecting children or vulnerable people requires consent, supervision, qualifications and additional legal checks by those responsible. Never leave a vulnerable person with someone you have not appropriately assessed.

8. Prohibited conduct

Harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, extortion, impersonation, fraud, exploitation, unlawful sexual content, extremely violent or graphic content, rating manipulation, spam, improper data collection, malware and infringement of privacy or intellectual property are prohibited. Evading blocks, limits, moderation or suspension is also prohibited.

9. Reporting and blocking

Use “Report” on the listing, profile or conversation and select the reason. Include links, context and evidence without spreading unnecessary sensitive data. Use “Block” to prevent further contact. If you cannot access these controls, write to support@solvtako.com.

To notify content you consider **illegal**, any person or entity — with or without an account — may use the public “Report illegal content” form linked in the website footer, or write to legal@solvtako.com. Give the exact location (URL, identifier or precise description), explain why you consider it illegal, and confirm in good faith that the information is accurate. Do not attach or re-upload the allegedly illegal material: pointing to where it is suffices. If you provide an email address we will confirm receipt with a reference and communicate the decision.

Do not submit false or retaliatory reports. A report does not guarantee a particular measure; it is assessed using available information, severity, repetition and legal duties.

10. Moderation, reasons and complaints

We may remove or restrict content, limit features and suspend or close accounts. Where we take a measure against your content and hold your electronic contact details, we will tell you the measure, the facts it relies on, whether automated means were used, the legal or contractual ground applied and how to request a review, unless doing so would compromise safety, an investigation or a valid order. You may contest a decision at legal@solvtako.com, quoting the reference and your reasons.

To moderate content we may use automated tools and human review. An automated tool may reject a submission before it is published, for example if it detects contact details or offensive language; this does not happen in every case. When we take measures against already published content, human review is part of the process. We do not disclose the identity of a person who submits a notice.

We may retain on a restricted basis evidence needed to investigate, demonstrate the decision, prevent serious fraud or lawfully cooperate with authorities. A suspension does not authorise off-platform harassment or retaliation.

11. Emergencies

SolvTako is not an emergency service and does not monitor conversations in real time. If there is immediate danger, violence, a missing person, possible child exploitation or medical risk, contact local emergency services or authorities first. Afterwards, if safe, report the account so information can be preserved.

12. Responsibility and contact

Each person is responsible for their conduct and agreed services. SolvTako, S.L. remains responsible for its own duties as service operator and does not exclude mandatory rights through these recommendations.

For support or a report that cannot be submitted in the app, write to support@solvtako.com. For a legal or moderation complaint, write to legal@solvtako.com. This version takes effect on 2026-09-01.
